Food. Being full and eating healthy foods is what will power your brain. Also gaining energy to function throughout the day so that you can be great
Sleep. A healthy night's rest allows for more energy and function during the day. Also while you sleep your brain works to repair itself.
Limit alcohol. The abuse of alcohol can cause your brain to lose strength.
Manage stress. Managing stress is important to brain strength and mental drive. If you let your brain fall to stress you may lose focus. Try relaxing and living with what you cannot control.
